Please contact us with a brief explanation if possible as we may be able to exchange any defective items with a replacement.
If you wish to return your goods, you have 14 days to do so.(UK),14 days (Europe), 21 days (Rest of the world)
Please put the products in the original packaging and then back into the courier pack/box and send back by Royal Mail or any carrier to us.
Products must be in a re-saleable condition.

For damaged/faulty items - On receipt of your parcel, we will refund for the cost of the product/s and any postage paid.
